Kenya Safari Parks
What?
These are large areas of Kenya where there are still original species of birds and animals to be seen in the wild. There are variations such as "national parks" and "game reserves".
Where?
These safari parks are scattered across Kenya, East Africa, either side of the equator.
Photography
I used nothing longer than a 300mm lens on a 35mm SLR. Many photographers will say that longer lenses than this are needed. Many shots were taken standing up in a Land Rover Defender, and not using a tripod. Some way of supporting the camera on the roof of the vehicle would have been useful.
The quality of the guide can be very important for seeing the required species and getting close.
