This used cropping, then levels & curves to improve the tonal range, and colour balance and hue & saturation to improve the colour balance. Then the web versions were sharpened using "unsharp mask".

Image adjustment, mostly using adjustment layers - levels, curves, colour balance, hue/saturation, clone tool.
Presentation features for the web - "automate - fit image", then "unsharp mask" managed in layers created for the purpose. The parameters for the 700-pixel version were "150% 0.4 5", while for the 500-pixel version they were "150% 0.3 5".
Filters, except "unsharp mask". Over 90% of the other tools.
